Delivery is usually made with 14 - 21 days, often delivery is made within 7 days on UK orders.
UK Address - From £8.99 for the first item and £2.99 per item for additional items.
Scottish Highlands & Scilly Isles - From £12.99
Ireland - From £15.99
Isle Of White & Isle Of Man - From £22.50

Return it within 14 days in original packaging and in a saleable condition for a refund (10% restocking fee applies)
Delivery & Returns Despatch of Goods
Dispatch of your goods will occur only after satisfactory authorisation of payment.
Our standard delivery charge is from £8.99
Orders for Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, will incur an additional surcharge.
Delivery of Goods Our goods are normally dispatched within 14 days from receipt of your order, excluding hand-made items. Please note any individual delivery times stated for your item/s. If your order takes any longer than the product states please contact us.
Please call for availability before ordering if you have already booked an electrician to fit your lights. All deliveries will be sent by courier, excluding deliveries direct from manufacturers.
Deliveries exclude Saturday and Sunday and any UK Public Holiday, timed deliveries will commence during the next possible working day. A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that you have received the delivery.
Claims for damages and or shortages have to be made within 48 hours of receipt of your delivery. Any claims for damages and or shortages made after 48 hours of your delivery arriving will be refused. In the event your items arrive in a damaged condition we will arrange for the items to be returned to Bux Bom and replacement items will be dispatched to you. There is no additional cost to our customers.
The time and date of your delivery is recorded with our carriers. Please keep all the packaging from your delivery in a safe and dry place, just in case you need to return any part of your order to us.
If the items arrive undamaged in a new condition and you decide that the items ordered are not suitable and would like to return them for a refund you must take the following steps:
1. Email sales2@buxbom.co.uk detailing your order reference and the reason for the return of the item.
2. Pack the items securely ready for collection by DHL
3. Once the items arrive safely back at Bux Bom we will within 72 hours process a refund after deducting a 10% restocking fee.
